The workshop was designed to strengthen students’ ability
to think critically,
empathise with real-world problems, and develop innovative solutions using
structured design thinking approaches. The sessions combined conceptual inputs
with interactive activities, enabling participants to apply learning in
practical contexts.
The programme was facilitated by Mrs. Divya, Head – Learning & Development, Park
Corporates, Coimbatore, who shared valuable industry insights and
guided participants through engaging discussions and hands-on exercises that
enriched the learning experience.
