Faculty Description

Mr.P.Balaji has received his Masters Degree in Embedded System Technologies from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai in the year 2013 and Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Maharaja Engineering College, Under Anna University, Chennai in the year 2006. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctoral Degree in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Anna University, Chennai. His research is in the field of Artificial Intelligence with special focus on image processing. He began his career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering at St.Peter’s Institute of Higher Education and Research, Avadi, Chennai in 2008, and joined as an Assistant Professor (O.G) at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore in Feb 2023. He has twelve years of experience as an Assistant Professor. His research interest covers Deep Learning, Embedded Systems, MEMS, and Robotics. He has organized various workshops and faculty development programs. He has published 4 technical papers in International Journals . He has attended several Faculty development programmes, workshops and seminars held in various reputed institutions. He is a member of Instrument Society of India, IISc, Bangalore.
