Leadership Enhancement Program

The Leadership Enhancement Programme conducted at Turning Point, Coimbatore was designed to develop leadership qualities, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills among MBA students through a series of experiential learning activities. The programme combined outdoor adventure challenges, team-building exercises, and interactive group tasks that encouraged participants to step out of their comfort zones and build confidence.
