Management Development Program

The Department of Management Studies organised a one-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Finance for Non-Finance Executives on 12th May 2026 at the SREC campus. This MDP is designed to equip professionals from non-finance backgrounds with the essential financial knowledge and analytical skills required for effective managerial decision-making. The program simplifies key financial concepts, enabling participants to understand financial statements, evaluate business performance, prepare budgets, analyze costs, and make informed strategic decisions without requiring prior expertise in finance.
