A. Sagayaranihas completed MBA, specialized in Human Resource Management and Systems under Avinashilingam Deemed University in the year 2008. She has also done Masters in Social Work under Bharathiar University in 2011. She holds Bachelor's Degree in Economics under Bharathiar University in 2006.

She has 10 years of experience in the field of teaching & 2 years of Industrial experience. She has published 10 research papers in International journals. She has organized many programs and workshop. Her core area of interests include Talent Management, Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Management and Development, Training and Development, E-commerce Technology, Software project Management and Business Application Softwares.
