Faculty Description

Dr. M. Blessy Doe is an accomplished academician, researcher, and management professional with over 10 years of combined academic and industry experience, including 7.5 years in higher education and 2.6 years in industry. An alumna of the prestigious PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, she is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, along with an M.Phil. in Management and MBA (Systems & HR). Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Systems Management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Organizational Behaviour.

Dr. Blessy Doe has made significant contributions to teaching, research, academic administration, and industry engagement. She actively coordinates Project Work, Summer Internships, Capstone Projects, Industry Advisory Board initiatives, placements, faculty development programmes, guest lectures, workshops, and departmental branding activities. She has successfully organized National Seminars and HR Summits, served as a facilitator for Management Development Programmes (MDPs), delivered expert sessions as a Resource Person on Design Thinking and Placement Readiness, and served as a Programme Committee Member for ACIS 2025. She has also contributed extensively to curriculum development and accreditation processes, including NAAC and NBA documentation.

An active researcher, she has authored several Scopus-indexed journal articles and book chapters in reputed international publications, with research interests spanning Learning Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence in Management, Sustainable Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, and Digital Technologies. Her scholarly contributions have appeared in journals and books published by Taylor & Francis, IGI Global, Journal of Ecohumanism, and other leading academic publishers.

Dr. Blessy Doe is passionate about outcome-based education, experiential learning, and industry-academia collaboration. In recognition of her commitment to innovative and industry-oriented management education, she was honoured with the Women's Icon Award – Future-Ready Educator in Management Studies by the Ideal Foundation, JCI Rocktown (Zone 23), and the Lions Club of Tiruchirappalli Indra Ganesan during the International Women's Day Celebration 2026. She remains committed to nurturing future management professionals through innovative teaching practices, research excellence, and meaningful engagement with industry.
