Mrs.S.Shanthini
has received her Master of Business Administration with dual specialization in
Human Resource and Finance from Bharathiar School of Management and
Entrepreneurial Development, Coimbatore and had cleared the NET lectureship
exam for management studies in the year 2013. She also completed her Master of
Engineering in Embedded system technologies from Regional campus of Anna
University, Coimbatore. She has an experience of 8 years in teaching which
includes management and technical courses. She has published articles in
reputed journals. Her areas of interest include Talent acquisition and
management, Performance Management, Total Quality Management and Inventory
Management etc.
As
she has acted as placement coordinator in her previous experience, she loves to
train the students to enhance their Personality and Interpersonal skills that
lead to achieving their career goals.
