Dr.
G. Lenin Kumar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management
Studies at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore, with over 26 years
of experience in industry and academia. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from
Bharathiar University and possesses multiple academic qualifications, including
MBA, M.Com., M.Phil., and B.Com. He is also certified in AMFI – Mutual Fund
(NCFM) and General Insurance. His areas of expertise include Finance, Human
Resource Management, Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Financial Services,
Investment Management, and Soft Skills. Prior to joining Sri Ramakrishna
Engineering College, he served as Academic Dean and Associate Professor at
reputed institutions in India and the UAE, where he played a key role in
academic administration, curriculum development, outcome-based education (OBE),
accreditation processes, and institutional quality enhancement.
Dr.
G. Lenin Kumar has published research papers in Scopus, ABDC, UGC-CARE, and
peer-reviewed journals. He is the co-author of the books Brand Management: Text
and Cases and Financial Services, and holds a published patent titled AI
Enabled Management and Analytics Device. His research interests include
Investment Management, Consumer Behaviour, Artificial Intelligence in
Management, Financial Analytics, and Supply Chain Management. He has actively
coordinated Consultancy Projects, Management Development Programmes (MDPs),
Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), industrial collaborations, conferences,
and student development initiatives. He has also delivered training programmes
on Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Personal Finance, Leadership, and
Employability Skills for students, faculty members, and industry professionals.
