Faculty Description

Ms. H. Sowmya is an accomplished academician with 5 years of teaching experience in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore. She have completed her  Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna  Engineering College Coimbatore  in the year 2017 and her bachelors degree from Maharaja Engineering College Coimbatore in the year 2015  Her areas of expertise include Python, Data Structures, and AIML, where she focuses on developing strong conceptual foundations and practical problem-solving skills among students She is dedicated to creating an engaging and outcome-oriented learning environment that promotes critical thinking, logical reasoning, and innovation. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes bridging theoretical concepts with real-world applications through structured examples and hands-on learning approach, she have guided many UG projects and  have also mentored many students for various hackathons, she has published 2 Scopus indexed , and 10 papers on different journals, and she actively participates in various fdp, conferences, and Industrial Training programs.
