Dr.
N. GUNASEKAR is currently working as
Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at Sri Ramakrishna
college of Engineering. He completed AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from The
Institution of Engineers (India) in the year 2003. He completed M.E in Thermal
Engineering from Government College of Technology (Anna University) in the year
2005. He completed his Ph.D in Anna University in the year 2015.
He has 18 years of teaching experience. He has published 15 papers in reputed
International journals such as Springer, Elsevier, etc. He is a peer reviewer
in Journals like Applied Thermal Engineering, Renewable Energy, Journal of
Building Engineering, etc. 3 research scholars have completed and 2 are pursuing Ph.D
under his supervision.
He
has acted as resource person for several FDP courses sponsored by Anna
University. He has organised and attended various workshops and short term
courses in his area of expertise. He is a life member of Indian Society
for Technical Education (ISTE) and Associate Member of The Institution of
Engineers (India)
His
research interests include Renewable energy systems, Solar PV hybrid systems,
Solar desalination and IC Engines.
