Dr. S. Sathish

Faculty Description

Dr. S. Sathish is currently working as Assistant Professor in Mechanical Department at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore. He completed his Ph.D in Area of Cell Formation Algorithms for Cellular Manufacturing Systems in 2020 and M.E. in Lean Manufacturing from P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore in the year 2009. He completed B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Maharaja Engineering College, Avinashi in the year 2007. He has around 10 years of teaching experience at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College and Maharaja Engineering College, Coimbatore and 1 year of industrial experience at Tecpro Systems Limited in projects planning and monitoring cell. His research interests include Cellular manufacturing systems, Industry 4.0, Materials Engineering. He has attended numerous workshops and seminars at various Institutions. He has filed a patent. He is a life member of Indian Society of Technical Education and Indian Welding Society.
