Brain Stromign Session - M.Tech AIDS Students

???? Every sunrise brings a new beginning, offering fresh opportunities to pursue endeavors with vigor and enthusiasm! ????

We are delighted to share the success of the inaugural "Research Sensitization and Coffee Table Brainstorms" session, a collaborative initiative between the IEEE Computer Society, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, and Nano Science & Technology at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College. This engaging event facilitated meaningful knowledge sharing research interactions among M.E. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI&DS) students, Research Scholars, Post-doctorates, and Faculty members in Nano Science and Technology.

The session, held on ???? 30-04-2024 (Tuesday) at 10.30 am in the Nano Lab in F block, covered key topics such as Next-Gen Data Science, Nanoinformatics, Mind of Materials, NanoAI, and Translational Research. Additionally, budding Ph.D. scholars shared insights from their Post-graduation project experiences, while Faculty members and Post-Doctorates reflected on their Ph.D. journeys and highlighted their significance for professional growth. Post-docs and research scholars addressed challenges and sought solutions from Computer Science engineers. Discussions also encompassed future internship, Ph.D., and Industrial opportunities for students.

We are delighted to report the overwhelmingly positive feedback received from students, research scholars, post-doctorates and faculty members. Many have requested the extension of these brainstorming sessions to include Ph.D. scholars and faculties from other departments, fostering extensive collaboration with the Nano Department.

We extend our special thanks to Prof. Grace Selvaranai, HOD-CSE, and Dr. J. Selvakumar, Professor - CSE for their initiation and unwavering support of this event. We also express gratitude to Prof. Moorthi Pichumani, HOD-Nano, for his innovative event design and continued support. Additionally, we acknowledge the contributions of teaching faculty Dr. R. Pandeeswari, post-doctorates Dr. S. Thangamani, Dr. A. Mahalakshmi, Nano full-time research scholars Miss. Uma Maheswari, Mrs. Ayshwarya G, Mr. Selvamurugan, Mr. K. Rajeswaran, and Miss. Sunisha P. Nair, and Non-teaching faculty Mrs. R. Vidhya and Mrs. Sarojini Ramanathan  for their active engagement and valuable contributions to the successful completion of the Research Sensitization and Coffee Table Brainstorms Episode - I.

As we embark on this new chapter, let us continue to forge ahead with collaboration and research, charting new territories of knowledge together. ????
