Dr. P. Suganya has 16 years & 9 months of experience in teaching English Language. She completed PhD in English from Bharathiar University in 2019. Her area of specialization is Indian Fiction. She completed M.Phil degree and Master's degree in English Literature from PSGR Krishnammal College for women, Coimbatore. She is a qualified BEC (Business English Certificate) Trainer and has passed the TKT-Teaching Knowledge Test in Band 3, certified by the Cambridge University. She also earned webinar badge from Cambridge Assessment English for the interest shown in continuous professional development as a teacher. She always thrives for enhancing her skills by taking up online courses. She was recognized as Top performing mentor by the NPTEL. And she has obtained topper in NPTEL online courses. She has published 6 research papers in UGC and Web of Science journals. And also attended and published papers in national & international Conferences. She has been a resource person to Government schools for handling communication skills class to vernacular medium students. Also, she is a faculty coordinator of Reading movement @SREC.
