Faculty Description

     Dr. J. Suresh has completed his Doctoral degree in Chemistry from Department of Industrial Chemistry, Alagappa University, Karaikudi in the year 2013. He completed his M. Phil., from AVVM Sri Pushpham College, Thanjavur, affiliated to Bharathidasan University in the year 2007, M.Sc., from TUK Arts College, Thanjavur, affiliated to Bharathidasan University, in the year 2005 and B.Sc., from SRMV College of arts and science affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in the year 2003. He has 5 years of teaching experience, 5 years of research experience. He started his career as Teaching fellow in Department of Chemistry in the year 2011 at University College of Engineering Kanchipuram (UCEK), affiliated to Anna University and worked as a Assistant professor in Department of Chemistry, SNS college of Technology during the period Jan 2015 - Nov 2018. To his credit, he has one year post-doctoral research experience in Department of Nanomaterials Engineering laboratory, Chungnam National University, South Korea from April 2017-March 2018 and now currently working as Assistant professor in Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College.

     He is a recognized research supervisor under Anna University, Chennai. His areas of interest include Greener synthesis of nanomaterials and its biomedical applications, Nanocomposites and High entropy of alloys. He has participated and presented papers in more than 15 National/ International conferences and seminars. He has attended various workshops and training programmes. He has published 40 papers in reputed science journals like Elsevier, Springer, American scientific Publishers (ASP) etc., He is a reviewer in environmental research, Materials today communications and editorial member in Nanoarchitectonics, Universal Wiser, Singapore. He is efficient in handling instruments like SEM, XRD and spectrometers like FT-IR, UV-Vis etc.,
