Rules:

1) Team can be of 3-4 members
2) Presentation duration - 6mins(5min - presentation, 1min - Q&A).
3) Template for presentation will be shared once you finish the registration.
4) Abstract should be sent to elements2k23@srec.ac.in on or before 03-10-2023.
5) Template will be shared to the registered students.
6) Abstract should contain

team members name with email Id

college name

domain and topic name.

Abstract should contain maximum of one page.

7) Any topic in recent technologies can be taken for presentation.

CODE-A-THON
Rules:

1) Team can have maximum of 2 persons.
2) It consists of 3 Rounds. First round consists of Aptitude and Coding MCQs.
3) Second Round is the surprise Round.
4) Third Round is Coding.

QUIZ
Rules

1) It is a fun and general quiz competition.
2) Maximum of 2 members in a team (individual not allowed).
3) Further rules and rounds will be announced during the event

IDEATHON
Rules

Idea: (Ideathon 1)

1) Team can have maximum of 4 persons.
2) Idea for open problems are allowed .
3) Higher preferences for Domain based Ideas.
4) Bring your own devices for presentation.
5) Round 2 will be revealed at the time of event.

Prototype: (Ideathon 2)

1) The project prototype is mandatory.
2) The project can be on any recent technologies.
3) Bring your own device for Prototype displays and demos.
4) All the other details and instructions will be showcased at the time of the event.

TECHNICAL
TRESURE HUNT

Rules

1) It will be fun-filled treasure hunt.
2) A team should consist of minimum 3 and maximum 4 participant.
3) Rules and further instructions will be announced at the time of event.

MEME TIME
Rules

1) Only individual participation allowed.
2) The topics and other instructions will be shared at the time of event.
3) We will judge the submissions especially by originality and overall humor.

GAMING
Rules

Game Name: FIFA-23
Game Name: Tekken 7

Note:
1)If player is trying to cheat he/she will be ruled out.
2)Pausing not allowed during match. If done deliberately after 2 time, you'll be automatically disqualified.
3)Assist and Finishers will be disabled. Only movement and 4 button attacks (Tekken).
4) Substitutions will only be allowed during intervals such as throw ball or a free kick and half time(FIFA).
5)It's Preferred your own Controller and other essential accessories.

BEST MANAGER
Rules

1) Best Manager is an individual event.
2) Participants will be shortlisted based on their performance on the rounds conducted.
3) Two Grand prizes(Winner & Runner) and a Cognitive thinker prize.
3) Further instructions will be announced at the time of event.

SHORTOGRAPHY
Rules

*****NOTE: Participants can participate in both the events and prizes are separate.

Photography:

1) Individual participation for both DSLR and Mobile photography.
2) Topics and rules will be revealed on spot.
3) Prizes are common to both DSLR and Mobile Photography.

Short Films

1) Theme can be your choice.
2) Maximum of 4 members per team excluding character artists.
3) Title can be decided based on their needs.
4) Short film duration: 6 to 12 minutes.
5) There should not be any vulgarism in the video.
6) No adult contents allowed.
