The AI&DS BYOD lab is available for students, faculty and PhD research scholars to carry out academic and research-oriented project work. The lab is equipped with edge computing devices such as the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Development Board, Arduino Uno R3 Development Board, Raspberry Pi and sensor kit to support embedded systems, IoT, robotics and hardware-based projects. These equipments were procured in R2025 specifically to support practical implementation for the Foundations of Robotics and Disruptive Technology course. The laboratory operates on a Bring Your Own Device model where students bring their own laptops and personal devices. A log register is maintained to record student entry, exit and activities carried out during each session ensuring accountability and proper utilization of resources. Valuable and Consumable stock registers are maintained for laboratory equipments. Power sockets and extension boards are periodically inspected to ensure safe and reliable power supply throughout the laboratory. AC units undergo regular servicing to ensure consistent and optimal cooling performance within the laboratory.
