Faculty Description

Mrs.Shanthini.E have 13.5 years of industrial experience in PCB designing and PCB CAM and 7+ years of teaching experience. In industry, she has  designed Multilayered boards (upto 10 layers) in Cadence Allegro. Experience in high speed, Analog and Digital over split-planes, wireless, memory and power supplies. She has the ability to manage the team, to formulate and implement innovative initiatives to achieve high productivity

In academics, she has presented 6 papers in National Conference, 3 papers in International Conference and published 5 papers in International journal. She has received funds for the "Modernisation of Microprocessor / Microcontroller laboratory for IoT Applications" under the scheme MODROBS from AICTE. She completed four consultancy projects for industries. She has acted as a resource person in many Value Added Courses. She is a reviewer of International Journal. She has obtained a patent in the area of Embedded Systems from the Government of India. She received a top performing mentor award for NPTEL online courses. Attended many FDP, seminar, workshop, STC and conferences. She has guided many undergraduate and postgraduate engineering projects. Her areas of interest are Microprocessor and Microcontroller, Embedded Systems and Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality. She has also signed MoU in the field of Virtual Reality with IFFEN, France.
