Dr. H.Vidhya - Assistant Professor (Senior Grade)

Dr. H.Vidhya is currently working as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College. She graduated her doctoral degree under faculty of Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2024. She received her M.E., (First Class with Distinction) Power Electronics and Drives from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore, India in 2016. She received her B.E.,(First Class with Distinction) Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Erode Sengunthar  Engineering College, Erode, India in 2010. She has 8 years of teaching experience.  She has published papers in International Conferences and Journals. She has attended Faculty Development programs (FDP’s), workshops, short term courses, seminars organized by various reputed institutions like IIT’s, IISC and NIT. 

She is one of the authors for the book chapter titled “Review on Thyristor-Controlled Series Capacitor (TCSC). She has received Copyright for two laboratory manuals. She has completed online courses in NPTEL, Coursera and NITTT to her credit. She acted as a resource person and delivered a lecture on the topic, “Performance Analysis of an Asynchronous Motor using RMXprt tool in ANSYS Maxwell”, organized by MAKEIT Academy. She is a reviewer in Advances in Science, Technology and Engineering Systems Jornal (ASTESJ). Her field of interest includes Electrical Machines, Power Electronics and Drives, and Special Electrical Machines. She is a lifetime member of ISTE.
