Faculty Description

Dr. M. Kalaiarasu is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore. He completed Ph.D in the faculty of Information Communication & Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2015. He obtained his Masters’ degree in Software Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore. His research and teaching interests include Data Mining, Network Security, Software Engineering, Cyber Security   and Operating Systems.

He has over 20 years of teaching experience and guided nearly many UG projects and PG projects. He has published a number of papers in National/International Conferences and reviewer reputed journals. He is the reviewer for a few international journals. He has attended various Faculty Development Programmes, Seminars, and Workshops in reputed institutions. He is a life member of ISTE and CSI. He is the convener for Press and Publicity.
