We are delighted to announce that Dr. R. Pandeeswari, Assistant Professor in the Department of Nano Science and Technology has been awarded the Indian Academy of Sciences – Indian National Science Academy – National Academy of Sciences, India (IASc-INSA-NASI) Summer Research Fellowship for the year 2024????. She will be undertaking a two-month summer fellowship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu (IIT-Jammu). ????

 

This research mobility is crucial for budding researchers and enthusiastic students, as it offers them valuable hands-on experience and exposure to cutting-edge research environments. Such fellowships serve to motivate teaching faculty as well as students and foster mutual collaborations with prestigious Central Government institutions, thereby contributing to the advancement of science, engineering, and technology. The Indian government\'s support for Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM) development is evident through various fellowships such as the Indian National Science Academy – Visiting Scientist Program (INSA-VSP) and IASc-INSA-NASI Summer Research Fellowship, as well as numerous research grants.
