Mr. S. Krishnakumar serves as an
Assistant Professor (OG) in the Department of Robotics and Automation. He
earned his M.E. in Applied Electronics from the Government College of
Technology, Coimbatore, and his B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation
Engineering from Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology,
Pollachi. He has submitted his Ph.D. thesis at Anna University, Chennai,
specializing in Vision Systems.
With 5 years and 11 months of
teaching experience, Mr. Krishnakumar has published six research papers
in national and international journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, and
Google Scholar, and has presented four papers at national and
international conferences. He has filed seven patents, of
which four have been published.
Mr. Krishnakumar serves as the Innovation
Ambassador of SREC COIN. He has mentored student teams in
national-level hackathons such as the Smart India Hackathon (SIH)
and Techgium Hackathon, providing technical guidance and
innovation support. Additionally, he has delivered expert talks at ATL
Tinkering Labs in schools, promoting innovation and STEM education
among young learners.
His areas of interest include Vision
Systems, Applied Electronics, Sensor Technology, and Image
Processing. He is also a life member of ISTE.
