Bidding Farewell to school and embracing the world of college is like stepping onto a launching pad for your wildest dreams. What if the next groundbreaking invention comes from you? Imagine a world where the ideas shaping the future are born in our classroom, in your very first year of college. That’s exactly what Shri. Titokishan Vemuri’s “Graduateas an Inventor” workshop was revealed on 27th November 2024.

The workshop kicked off, and we braced ourselves for a typical, dull session—but to our surprise, it was an electrifying start to something truly engaging! He shared his vision that most successful innovations are often the ones that make people “lazy” and “pampered.” By this, he meant that innovations that simplify tasks and remove efforts. This bold thought challenged everything we knew about creativity and sparked a whole new way of thinking about innovation. We explored his mantra of becoming an innovator with the simple train that starts with “itcha” of gaining knowledge.  He pointed out that the self-resolving power of a machine created by a folk will be a novel solution for a challenge. To master any skill, it is essential to have a clear strategy. Here comes the hero of the day “TRIZ” (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) technology. Upon his discourse, the question box opened up.

A flood of thoughts flowed into the room from the students..! It gave a vibrant node and highlighted the enthusiasm of Srec’ians at the end of the session. In our journey of endless learning, this session was just like an extra cream icing on a cake. It was a great experience to learn something fresh to our minds. We are always grateful to our institution for continually providing us with such enriching experiences. We would like to extend our hearty thanks to the Management, Director of Academics, Dr. N.R Alamelu, Principal,

Dr. A. Soundarrajan, and Mr. M. Ganesh, Advisor of Industry Connect, for organizing this remarkable interactive session.
