Spearheaded by a trio of ambitious IV-year EIE students—Kaviyarasu D, Sabarigirivasan AS, and Vaideesh K—this remarkable project ingeniously transformed discarded PET bottles into versatile 3D filaments. The invaluable guidance of Mrs. S. Kayalvizhi, Assistant Professor of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, coupled with the support of the SEED Fund via the Pre-incubation Centre, laid the foundation for this extraordinary achievement. The successful conversion of waste into a valuable resource underlines SREC's commitment to green innovation and responsible practices.
Empowering Communication: Introducing RBG AI's Voice Bots
The innovation showcase continued with RBG AI's debut of two revolutionary products—Tantora and Cekari, Voice Bots designed to reshape the landscape of information handling. The incubation of these transformative voice bots at SREC SPARK Incubation Centre is a testament to the institution's role in nurturing forward-thinking technologies. These creations hold the promise of revolutionizing the way we interact with and manage information, potentially heralding a new era of streamlined communication.
Amid the buzz and excitement, Government Officials and Mr. Sivarajah Ramanan, Mission Director & CEO of Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Mission, graced the event. Their presence underscored the significance of SREC's dedication to fostering entrepreneurship and driving technological advancements. This collective enthusiasm resonated with a spokesperson from SREC's Innovation Centre and SPARK Incubation Foundation, who shared, "Our participation in the Startup Festival allowed us to showcase the exceptional products emerging from our dynamic startup ecosystem. These innovations embody the collaborative spirit of our students and faculty."
The grand unveiling of these remarkable products on August 19th, 2023, served as a testament to Tamil Nadu's unwavering commitment to nurturing entrepreneurship, inspiring innovation, and fostering economic growth within its Higher Education Institutions.
