SWAGATHAM 2023 ! A RHYTHMIC WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF FINE ARTS
The second semester is underway at the SREC campus in full force, even as heat waves sting our skin. In order to augment enthusiasm and motivation to advance in life among the students, the Fine Arts Club conducted SWAGATHAM 2023 with much fanfare.
The event took place on March 30, 2023, at the college auditorium and got underway at about 1:30. The hallway reverberated with the chitchat and laughter of students and staff alike. The program began with delicious pop and melodious music, followed by a classical dance performance and, finally, a hip-hop performance.
The club president, Mr. Suraj, led an interactive session during the occasion. Yuvan Shankar Raja from the ECE department regaled the audience with outstanding stand-up comedy. The event came to a conclusion with a scintillating dance performance by senior FAC members. The crowd was enthralled by the show, and a word of appreciation brought the show to a close. The occasion was a resounding success and came to an end with a photoshoot, adding colourful and fragrant flowers to the wonderful garden of memories for the juniors.
