Steps to Convert Certificates in Digital Format
Step 1: Students should scan the certificates and resize the documents based on the specifications.
Step 2: Students can use electronic gadgets to capture the image and resize it as per the specifications.
Step 3: Students can download the apps using their smartphones.
Students can use Docs Scanner, Microsoft Lens, Adobe Scan, Clear Scan, etc.

TNEA Engineering Counselling rounds:
TNEA 2023 Counselling Choice Conformation Options
There are 6 available options with the candidates as given below:
1. Accept and Join
A candidate comfortable with the seat allocated can download the provisional allotment order and report to the college on the appointed date for admission. The candidate will lose his/her allotted seat on failing to report to the college. The non-reported candidates cannot partake in any following rounds.
2. Accept and Upward
If a student is satisfied with the seat allocated but she/he wishes to wait for allotment in the higher order of option in the following upward movement. For instance, if the student is allotted a seat for choice 5, he/she can stay for choices 1 to 4. If there is nothing available better, then the student is confirmed with the earlier allotted choice 5.
3. Decline and Upward
If a student is not satisfied with the allotted seat, then he/she can decline the allotment and want to wait for the allotment in the top order of his/her choice. If he/she is incapable of getting their preferred allotment, then the candidate will be repositioned to the next round.
4. Decline and move to the next round
A candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat. Also, candidates do not wish to wait for upward movement and he/she is willing to participate in the next round.
5. Decline and Quit
If a student is not satisfied with the allocated seat and he/she does not wish to participate in the following rounds, then he can automatically quit the session.
6. Upward or move to the next round.
If ‘no seat’ is allocated to the student based on every choice, then the following option will be shown. Such ‘no seat’ allotted candidates can choose for upward movement. In case a seat is open during upward movement, it will be automatically allotted. If no seats are available during upward movement, then the candidate will be shifted to the next round.
