Episode 1 of 24th graduation day
The 24th graduation day of Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore, took place at the college auditorium. The Graduation ceremony commenced with a welcome speech by Dr. N. R. Alamelu, Principal. The Managing Trustee, SNR Sons and Charitable Trust, Shri D.Lakshminarayanaswamy, presided over the function.
Dr.Ganesh Devaraj, the Founder, and CEO of Soliton Technologies, Bengaluru, was the Chief Guest. Dr.Ganesh Devaraj, at the outset, elaborated on his reading habits and motivated the graduands to develop the habit of reading, which alone would propel them forward. Then, drawing inferences from his life, he urged the students to be unique and believe in themselves, giving importance to values, habits, integration, hardwork, excellence, and generosity as they are the timeless values of life. Finally, he encapsulated by throwing light on the growth mindset through which they can become lifelong learners and reach great heights.
Around 501 Graduands from different disciplines of undergraduate programs received their degrees from the chief guests. The branch-wise toppers were awarded gold medals.
