UNITING FOR CHANGE: NSS FRESHERS IGNITE THE SPIRIT OF SERVICE
In a remarkable display of compassion and dedication, the new members of the National Service Scheme(NSS) stepped forward to make a lasting impact within the community. The members of the scheme displayed their unwavering spirit and commitment by devoting their time and effort to support the temple community. Their presence not only lightened the workload but also fostered a sense of unity and camaraderie among everyone involved.
On May 19 (Friday), 2023, our college students from National Service Scheme (NSS) were roped in to do the counting and sorting. Under the guidance of Dr. R. Kesavasamy (NSS Chairman), our first-year students from Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering were engaged in counting the collecting as well as coins at the temple.
The temple administration has been struggling to handle the unmanageable process of sorting coins and valuable articles other than cash, which are piling up every day inside the temple.
Our college NSS students came forward and performed with full cooperation. It was nearly an hour's process, and soon after, they worshipped and got the blessings, and refreshments were provided there.
