Redefined Healthcare Service
"Artificial intelligence is to the sciences what metaphor is to literature. It's a way of having large numbers of interrelated things in our minds at once." - Brian Aldiss.
The emergence of Artificial Intelligence has made lives simpler and easier. Correlating the practices of Artificial Intelligence to healthcare analytics has been the current discussion and a subject of interest. Improving patient outcomes, enhancing clinical decision-making, and fostering innovation across the healthcare landscape are among the key objectives driving the rapid advancement and transformative promise of AI technologies in data science and healthcare analytics.
The Department of Biomedical Engineering of Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College organized a two-day National level conference sponsored by the Indian National Science Academy on Recent Trends in Technology Innovation of Artificial Intelligence in Data Science and Health Care Analytics.
The power of Artificial Intelligence was unleashed, and a broader spectrum of information about the same was given by speakers from renowned institutions and various industries. The inauguration of the conference was done in the presence of Dr. B. Sharmila, Head of the Department/Biomedical Engineering.
Dr. S. Vidhayalakshmi, an Associate Professor in the Biomedical Engineering department at PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, and Dr. Sharmila, the head of the department, presided over the event's inaugural celebration. She then gave an introductory speech to the audience, discussing the future of healthcare and how artificial intelligence will simplify tasks. Following the lecture, Dr. Somasundaram Balasubramaniam gave a motivational speech on the use of AI, including how it can reduce a lot of work and provide customers with convenience. Students from a variety of fields gave presentations on their most recent work using AI in healthcare analytics, with the best presentation receiving a prize. The CEO of Edge Matric Corporation in Madurai, Mr. Farhadh Manaz, rendered a presentation the following day on Artificial Intelligence (AI), including its definition, applications, and usage in motion detection.
By fostering a dynamic culture of innovation in Artificial Intelligence, each session paved the way for a more inventive and promising future. The conference served as a first step toward a more promising and inventive future as we set out to shape the course of healthcare analytics.
