SREC Alumni Association organized Scholarship Distribution Ceremony

SREC Alumni Association organized Scholarship Distribution Ceremony on 25.09.2021 Saturday at Library Seminar Hall in SREC Campus. Scholarships were distributed for 16 deserving students. .The meeting began with Opening remarks by Mr.S.Vasanth Kumar, President SREC AA, Dr.N.R.Alamelu Patron/Principal presided over the meeting. Ms. Veena Ramesh (1998/CSE), Mr.Dilip Krishnan (1998/Mech) attended the meeting on behalf of 1998 batch alumnus. Under the One time Dr. K. Mohammed Zachariah Memorial Scholarship instituted by first batch (1994-1998) alumni, one final year student and one third year student received full tuition fee and one third year  student partial tuition fees for the academic year 2020-2021. Under the One time Pandemic Scholarship instituted by SREC Alumni Association, one first year and one second year student received full tuition fees for the academic year 2020-2021.

Under SREC Alumni Association Scholarship Scheme one student from each department, eight received scholarship amount for the academic year 2021-2022. One Student received Scholarship amount from Vivekanandan Memorial Fund (1996-2000 Batch Fund), Two Students received Scholarship amount from batch endowments of class of 1994-1998, 1997-2001, 1998-2002, Suresh Memorial Endowment Fund (1999-2003).

The Scholarship awardee were presented scholarship by dignitaries. Dr.R.Sudhakar, Convener presented the Vote of Thanks.
