Application of shock waves on tomato seeds to study agricultural impacts” and have won an award under the category Prime Project

The third year BE Aeronautical students participated in the project contest TAFE INNOVISTA 2018 on 05.01.2018 at TAFE Industry, Chennai. The team was accompanied by their project guide Dr.C.J.Thomas Renald Associate Professor/ Aeronautical.

have presented their project titled “ Application of shock waves on tomato seeds to study agricultural impacts” and have won an award under the category “ Prime Project”.

Few glimpses of the project display:

 Dr.C.J.Thomas Renald along with the students explained about the working of shock tube to the Chief Technical Director of TAFE Limited. The Technical director interacted with few counter questions and congratulated the team for the unique project on shock waves. During award ceremony the TAFE organisers expressed willingness to work with few colleges and said joint collaboration will be studied on case to case basis.
